I’m not just a therapist—I’m also a mom, someone who has navigated life’s transitions, and someone who understands that growth doesn’t always happen in a straight line.
My own experiences have shaped the way I show up in this work, allowing me to meet people with empathy, honesty, and a genuine understanding of how complex life and relationships can be. I care deeply about creating a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself, even in the moments that feel messy, uncertain, or overwhelming.
Outside of the therapy room, I love to travel, get lost in a good book, and enjoy meaningful conversations. I value slowing down, being present, and the everyday moments that help us reconnect with ourselves and the people we care about. While this work can be deep, I believe there’s also room for lightness—and even a little humor—along the way.
I’ve always been drawn to understanding people and helping others navigate difficult seasons of life. While my path to becoming a therapist was not a straight line, it shaped the empathy, perspective, and authenticity I bring into this work today.
After returning to school later in life, I earned my MSEd in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and became deeply committed to helping individuals and couples strengthen their relationships, better understand themselves, and create meaningful change.
I feel incredibly grateful to do work that allows people to feel seen, supported, and less alone in the challenges they carry.
The longer I do this work, the more I see how profoundly relationships impact our emotional well-being and sense of self.
I believe the quality of our relationships shapes so much of how we experience life—how we feel about ourselves, how we connect with others, and how we navigate challenges. When those relationships feel strained, disconnected, or painful, it can impact everything.
This work matters to me because I’ve seen how powerful it is when people feel truly heard, understood, and supported. Helping someone gain clarity, rebuild connection, or feel more grounded in themselves is something I don’t take lightly.
It’s an honor to sit with people in both the difficult and meaningful moments, and to support them as they create lasting change in their lives and relationships.
