As a licensed mental health counselor, my mission is to create a transformative therapeutic experience that honors each client’s individuality. What sets my approach apart is my commitment to blending evidence-based practices with a deep, empathic understanding of the human experience.
I believe that therapy should be a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered. Whether you’re navigating relationship challenges, emotional struggles, or personal growth, my goal is to help you build self-awareness, strengthen connections, and create meaningful change.
With a compassionate yet practical approach, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Gottman principles to help individuals and couples navigate emotional regulation, communication challenges, and patterns of connection. Therapy is not about fixing you—because you are not broken. It’s about helping you uncover deeper emotional needs, break unhelpful cycles, and move toward the life and relationships you truly want.
Identifying and shifting unhelpful thought patterns.
Building emotional regulation and mindfulness skills.
Helping you find practical steps to move forward.
Strengthening communication and connection in relationships.
I’ve always had a desire to help others, which led me to earn my bachelor’s degree in psychology.
At the time, I didn’t have the means to pursue a PhD, and life took me in other directions. But two decades later, I went back to school and earned my MsEd in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, proving to myself that it’s never too late to build the life you want.
I graduated with a 4.0 GPA and became deeply committed to helping others work through their own obstacles.
Today, I feel incredibly grateful to be in this career, helping individuals and couples navigate their relationships, emotional struggles, and personal growth.
